- Every day, we record the temperature and oxygen saturation level of every team member.(When required by the college)
- Prior to seating each patient, every dental operatory is thoroughly cleaned. All surfaces that come into contact with the patient, including where the patient places their personal items, are disinfected.
- All dental operatories have an AirPura Super HEPA air purifier unit with UV germicidal lamp and Vanguard Vaniman Gold extra-oral suction unit. The units are capable of removing particles smaller than the COVID-19 virus. This helps ensure that there are no lingering aerosols in the room from the previous patient.
- To help isolate any aerosols produced during the appointment, all dental operatories now have doors.
- Where possible, your treatment will include extra safety precautions such as a Dry-shield intra-oral suction mouthpiece or a rubber dam for effective aerosol removal.
- Our dental team is equipped with all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). The dentist, hygienist, and assistant will wear appropriate masks, face shields, gowns, scrub caps, and gloves during patient care and will change them after each patient.
- Throughout the day, the public areas will be cleaned and disinfected with a ULV fogger and hypochlorous acid solution.
- At the front desk, Clear Panels have been installed. The checkout desk and glass will be disinfected after each transaction.
- We will provide contactless payment options at the front desk.
- For the time being, we will discontinue our coffee and water services. Magazines and toys have been removed as well.
